As part of ongoing efforts to develop infrastructure and improve resource management, the Director General of the Public Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDC), Eng. Jomana Attyat, accompanied by relevant staff from the Corporation, inspected the commercial market and warehouses in the Abu Nseir Project. The visit included a study of the storage capacity of the warehouses, along with an assessment of their ability to store materials and the mechanisms for unloading and delivering them to bidders after sales, whether the materials were usable or unserviceable. This reflects the Corporation’s commitment to ensuring best practices in asset management and achieving its strategic objectives.

During the visit, the implementation of the improvement plan for the Abu Nseir Market was also monitored, as part of the Corporation’s continuous efforts to develop services and improve the working environment in the market.

The plan aims to track progress in implementing the approved procedures and ensure the achievement of the intended objectives, contributing to operational efficiency and maximizing the use of available facilities, in line with the Corporation’s plans, goals, and future directions.
