Field Visits

As part of its executive plan, the Public Institution for Housing and Urban Development has begun work on the Kafr Jayz project in Irbid Governorate, covering an area of 104 km². It is expected to produce 149 plots of land (residential and commercial, in addition to a school, a mosque, a public building, and green areas), with completion anticipated within one year from the start date of October 20, 2024.

During the field visit by the General Director, Eng. Jomana Attyat, the work plans and the progress of the project over the year were confirmed.

In conclusion, there was an emphasis on working collaboratively to achieve tasks accurately and according to the approved plans from the relevant departments and within the appropriate timeframe.

It is worth mentioning that the Kafr Jayz project incorporates some modern design principles adopted by the institution through its own efforts.
