The National Housing Program / Benefit Projects (targeting youth and emerging families)

As part of the institution's role in providing suitable housing for current and future generations, the National Housing Program was launched in 2019. This program targets low to middle-income individuals, including youth, families, and those preparing for marriage. It aims to provide residential plots at subsidized prices to citizens, offering several financial benefits and facilities. These include a down payment as low as 5%, repayment periods of up to 10 years, and an interest rate or its equivalent (profit margin) of 4% for projects within the capital province and 3.5% in other provinces. The program includes serviced residential plots in several regions across the kingdom, totaling 1,700 plots distributed as follows:
Amman Governorate: Princess Iman Suburb 6, Amman 1, Al-Yatimah
Zarqa Governorate: Majd Residential City, Marhab
Karak Governorate: Zahum,, Adnaniyah, Al-Qatraneh
Ma'an Governorate: Al-Marigha
Aqaba Governorate: Dabbat Hanout
Mafraq Governorate: Idoun 2, Um Al-Jmal
Irbid Governorate: Kabr, Ramtha
